1 scoop vegan Hemp protein powder vanilla or original
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp greens powder
1 tsp maca powder
1/4 cup frozen organic raspberries
1/4 organic banana, fresh or frozen
Top up with unsweetened almond milk or water
Blend in magic bullet or blender
