Run With Me:) Week 2 Session 2

Not sure about you but I am finding myself looking forward to my next run!

Here is tomorrows run break down 
Warm up: 5 minutes walk slow and easy
Run: 1 minute Walk: 2 minutes
Repeat run/walk segment 7 times
Cool Down: 5 minutes walk slow and easy
Don't forget to stretch!!:)
 Don't worry the next run will be back to 2 minutes each
