Run With Me!:) Week 3 session 1

Wow!  Where has the time gone?  On to week 3 of our 13 week learn to run program already!  AMAZING!!
Here is the breakdown for the run 
Time: 45 minutes
Warm up:  walk slow and easy 5 minutes
Run: 3 minutes. Walk: 2 minutes 
Repeat run/walk segment 7 times 
Cool down:  walk slow and easy 5 minutes 
Stretch:  5-10 minutes!!

This will be the longest run of the week.  You've got this.  Each week we are progressing together:))
